FAULTY , DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

I've Received a Faulty or Damaged Item.

We sincerely apologize if you have received an item that is not in perfect condition. To expedite the resolution of this issue, please contact us at info@propowermx.co.uk and provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product name and code (found on your order confirmation email)
  • A photograph depicting the fault
  • A description of the fault

I'm Missing Items from My Order.

We deeply regret any missing items from your order. Before reaching out to our Customer Service team, kindly review your invoice to ensure that the missing items are not being shipped separately.

If you have placed multiple orders within a short span and they are destined for the same address, they may be divided into multiple parcels.

On occasion, an item you ordered might be out of stock. Rest assured, we will always notify you of this situation, so be sure to check your spam/junk folders.

  • Order number
  • Details of the missing item/s

I've Received an Incorrect Item? We apologize sincerely if you have received an incorrect item, and we are eager to rectify any issues with wrong items immediately. To facilitate this process, please email info@propowermx.co.uk and include the following details:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • A photograph of your complete order invoice
  • A photograph of the incorrect item received, along with the product code/s on the item.

Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?
