This is a service where your cylinder will be re-rebored and re-plated, please make sure your cylinder does not need to be repaired as for cylinder repair the prices are different and if we receive your cylinder to find out that it will need a repair we will contact you .

Please enclose a piece of paper inside the box stating the Bike , Make , Model and year and also the order Number.

after placing your order please send your Cylinder to us , you will also need to send the new  piston, if you don't know the size or do not have a piston, will be able to sell a piston with the correct size. 

Strip your cylinder of all power valves, studs, lugs, bushes etc (this is to avoid any additional charges from us to remove or protect from being dissolved in our solution).

When you are packing your cylinder/s, use a box that is plenty big enough for the whole consignment, and be sure to separate all the parts using newspaper, cardboard, or something similar. If you are including a piston, don’t put it into the bore, because the bore is probably damaged anyway.  Please pack it securely to prevent damage.

Average turning time is 2 to 4 weeks depends on how busy we are.
